ACCOMMODATION IN IRELAND

Three ways to live in Ireland. One local team.

A host family, a shared apartment or a purpose-built student residence, in Cork, Dublin or Galway. Every room is checked in person by our Irish team, contracted properly and paid through EazyCity. We have been doing this since 2004.

EAZYCITY TIP

Many first-time arrivals book a homestay for their first four weeks to settle in safely, then move into a shared apartment once they know the city.

WHAT YOU PAY FOR

Standard in every booking: and the few things that are not.

Your weekly rate is quoted in full before you pay anything. Nothing on the right is added without you choosing it first.

Included as standard

in every weekly rate

  • Bills and Wi-Fi

Electricity, gas, water and waste are in the rate, no meter top-ups, no utility accounts in your name.

  • A furnished, ready room

Bed, bedding, storage and a desk, prepared before you land.

  • A signed accommodation agreement

Real terms, real house rules, agreed before you travel.

  • A local coordinator

A named contact in Cork, Dublin or Galway from check-in onwards.

  • Facilities where they exist

Gym, cinema, study rooms and common areas in residences, at no extra charge.

  • No booking fee

You pay rent and a refundable deposit. That is it.

Costs extra

only if you choose it

  • Refundable security deposit

Held through the EazyCity portal and returned after check-out, less any damage.

  • Airport pickup

Optional meet-and-greet transfer, priced per city and arrival time.

  • Full board and extra meals

Homestay is half board Mon–Fri; weekend and additional meals can be added.

  • Room upgrades

Ensuite, larger rooms or single occupancy where available.

  • Personal laundry service

Machine access is included; a laundered service is an add-on in some homes.

  • Early check-in or late check-out

Charged per night outside your contracted dates.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

Four steps from a first message to your key.

The same route whichever of the three you choose. No listing sites, no deposits to strangers, no paying anyone in cash on arrival.
