Commitment to quality

Three promises about your accommodation, in writing.

Studying abroad goes badly when the housing does. Everything else can be brilliant and it will not matter if the flat is cold, dirty or nobody answers the phone about it. So we publish what we commit to and we measure ourselves against it.

  • 01

    Professionally cleaned

Every EazyCity property is professionally cleaned at least once a month, and the schedule is shared with residents so nobody is surprised by someone at the door.

  • 02

    Regularly inspected

Properties are checked on a routine cycle. We look at the condition of the place and whether the appliances actually work, rather than waiting for a complaint.

  • 03

Answered within 48 to 72 hours

A dedicated support team responds to every accommodation query by email within 48 to 72 hours, and urgent issues go straight to the city team.

Accreditations

ICEF

ICEF Agency Status

ICEF certification is the study travel sector's screening standard. It covers financial standing, service quality and how an agency handles complaints, and it is reassessed rather than granted once. Our advisors also complete destination training so the advice you get about a city comes from people who have been trained on it.

  • Independent screening and quality controls
  • Destination training for advisors
  • Reassessed, not permanent
Quality English

Quality English

Quality English is a network of independent, privately owned language schools selected for teaching standards rather than size. Every member school holds accreditation from its own national body, and the range runs from general English to exam preparation, junior courses, academic English and teacher training.

  • Independent, privately owned schools
  • Locally accredited in each country
  • Courses from general English to teacher training

How we hold ourselves to it

A promise you cannot measure is just marketing.

  • Every property viewed before it is listed

A member of our team stands in the room, checks the heating, the damp and the route to the bus, and photographs it as it actually is.

  • Cleaning logged, not assumed

Professional cleans are scheduled and recorded, so if one is missed it shows up on our side before it shows up on yours.

  • Inspections on a fixed cycle

Routine checks on condition and appliances between tenancies and during longer stays.

  • Response times tracked

Accommodation emails are answered within 48 to 72 hours and we monitor the ones that are not.

  • Feedback on arrival and departure

Two surveys, one in your first week and one at the end. Both go to the team responsible for your city, not into a drawer.

  • Deposits returned in full

When the property checks out, the full deposit goes back. No cleaning charge invented at the end.

If we fall short

Tell us, and tell us early.

Raise a maintenance request from the customer portal and it goes to your city team with a reference you can follow. If it is not resolved, it escalates to the accommodation manager, and after that to the directors. Nothing gets to sit in an inbox.
