How does booking actually work?
Send your dates, city and budget. Within 24–48 hours your coordinator sends real rooms with photos taken on site. You reserve in the portal by card or bank transfer, and the signed contract reaches you before you fly.
What is included in the price?
It depends on the stay type. Host family includes half board, bills and laundry. Residences and studios include bills, wifi and building facilities. Every listing itemises exactly what is covered before you pay.
How much is the deposit and when do I get it back?
Most stays hold a deposit equivalent to two weeks of rent. It is held securely and never paid in cash to a host, and it is returned within 14 days of departure once the final inspection is clear.
Can you send enrolment or visa letters?
Yes. Once your booking is confirmed we issue an accommodation confirmation letter for your visa or enrolment file, usually within one working day.
Do you collect me from the airport?
Airport pickup is available in all three cities and can be added to any booking. Your coordinator confirms the driver and the meeting point before you fly.
What happens if something goes wrong after I move in?
Message your city coordinator in the portal, or use the 24/7 line for anything urgent. If a home cannot be put right, we move you at no extra cost.
