Careers at EazyCity

Work with people who have all packed a suitcase and started over.

We are big on family, and it is not a poster on the wall. Almost everyone here has lived abroad, which is exactly why we are good at looking after people who are about to.

Why people stay

Three reasons the leaving parties are rare.

  • Everyone here has travelled

You will not have to explain to your manager why a student’s first week matters. They have had that week themselves, usually in a city where they did not speak the language.

  • A team that behaves like a family

Small enough that your name is known on every floor, warm enough that someone notices when you are having a rough week. New arrivals get picked up from the airport by colleagues.

  • Room to move up quickly

We are young and growing, so responsibility arrives early. Several of our managers started as interns and coordinators within the last few years.

Who we hire

Five teams, five very different sets of instincts.

  • Study and Work advisors

Outgoing, quick on their feet and genuinely interested in the person on the other end of the email.

  • Marketing

Positive, adaptable and strategic. Comfortable when the plan changes on a Tuesday.

  • Welcome team

Patient and empathetic. The people who go the extra mile at eleven at night when a flight is delayed.

  • Group coordinators

Natural networkers who can build a two-week itinerary that feels expensive and is not.

  • Operations

The ones who spot the problem in the process before anyone else notices there is a problem.

From the team

What our colleagues say when we are not in the room.

  • “
The office has people from a dozen countries in it, so you learn something new about how the world works most weeks. It changed how I talk to students who have just landed.

  • “
I joined at the very start of my career and I was given real responsibility much sooner than friends of mine in bigger companies. Nobody here waits for you to have ten years of experience.

  • “
I came in not entirely sure what I wanted to do and found the part of the job I love. Then I was given room to actually go and do it.
