Ogni anno il nostro team è coinvolto in un progetto di beneficenza o legato al rispetto dell’ambiente. Amiamo fare la nostra parte e dare il nostro piccolo contributo per un mondo migliore. Nel 2019 il nostro team era ad Amsterdam a raccogliere la plastica dai canali.
Di recente ci siamo imbattuti nella Fondazione svedese GapMinder, fondata a Stoccolma il 25 febbraio 2005 da Ola Rosling, Anna Rosling Rönnlund e Hans Rosling, un medico, accademico e oratore molto importante.
La loro missione è piuttosto semplice ma così potente e volevamo condividerla con voi:
“La nostra missione è combattere l’ignoranza devastante con una visione del mondo basata sui fatti che tutti possono capire”.
La maggior parte delle persone ha una visione più drammatica del mondo, GapMinder è un’ottima piattaforma per saperne di più sulla nostra società.
Gapminder identifica idee sbagliate sistematiche su importanti tendenze e proporzioni globali e utilizza dati affidabili per sviluppare materiali didattici di facile comprensione per liberare le persone dalle loro idee sbagliate.
