EazyCity houses students, interns and young professionals across Cork, Dublin and Galway. The accommodation portfolio is the core of that — several hundred beds, a mix of self-catering properties and host families, and the landlords and hosts who make it possible.
We are looking for someone to own that portfolio end to end. You will lead the accommodation coordinators, hold the landlord and host relationships, and be accountable for occupancy, tenant experience and compliance. This is a senior role reporting directly to the directors.
What you will do
- Lead and develop the accommodation coordination team in Cork, including hiring, one-to-ones and workload planning.
- Own landlord and host family relationships — renewals, negotiation, standards and the difficult conversations when they are needed.
- Be accountable for occupancy and allocation across the portfolio, working closely with sales on forecasting.
- Hold the line on property standards, inspections, and health and safety compliance across every unit.
- Own the accommodation budget: rent commitments, maintenance spend, deposits and write-offs.
- Resolve escalated tenant issues, and fix the process that caused them so they do not recur.
What we are looking for
- Three or more years managing property, lettings, student accommodation or a comparable operational portfolio.
- Direct people-management experience — you have run a small team and enjoyed it.
- Comfort with numbers: occupancy, margin and budget are part of your working vocabulary.
- Genuine calm under pressure. Housing goes wrong at inconvenient hours and people need a steady response.
- Fluent English and the right to work in Ireland.
- A full driving licence — properties are spread across the city.
Nice to have
- A second language, particularly Spanish, Italian or Portuguese.
- Experience working with international students or host families.
- Familiarity with Irish residential tenancy legislation and RTB processes.

€45,000 – €55,000 depending on experience
